What is your returns/exchange policy?

We do accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged. We ensure every order is packaged safely as possible. However if an order does arrive to you damaged or is faulty in anyway please contact us at swayingdaisiesshop@outlook.com  as soon as possible. Please make sure you include a clear photo of the issue for us to appropriately address it for you. Ensure you get in contact 14 days of delivery otherwise we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage.

 

What are your estimated delivery times?

We aim to send your order out within 3-5 days of your order being placed. If you are in need of an item sooner dont hesitate to get in touch at swayingdaisiesshop@outlook.com and we can do as much as we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

 

I placed an order and my delivery address is wrong!

Don't worry! If you made a mistake on the address when placing your order send us an email straight away with the correct details and we will be able to change this for you. Be sure to get in contact asap to prevent your order being sent incorrectly. We can not be held responsible for any items sent to the incorrect address due to a mistake when ordering.
